i m a local university student and currently taking for foundation in science program for biotechnology degree program. This is my 3rd sem and soon my degree program will be start. For now, i got a CGPA 3.600 for my previous 2 sem and i want to know whether i am qualified for this yayasan tm scholarship or not? if not is there any others suggestion? thank for your valuable reply.

i dont quite understand why the deadline for the telekom scholarship is before the release of spm results. then what will the students be applying with? is it meant to be like that? the deadline is on the 2nd of March. i am a SPM leaver who finished my spm in 2006, does it mean i have missed this year’s scholarship which i was eligible to get?

i agree with vincent..(above)it is very confusing.Since the application form must be filled online, and the deadline was 2 march,does it means that the students should use the trial result to apply??And can a person like me and vincent apply for this scholarship?if is there any chance….

All the 2006 SPM results were released on the 12 March 2007 and this year’s TM scholarship was closed on 2 March 2007. Does it mean that this year’s scholarships are meant for 2005 SPM/STPM students only, one year after they received their results?

“The data you entered conflict with unique data in an existing record.Please check your database administrator for more information”

I’m still not yet graduate from my diploma course~ but i’ll be graduated in May, currently I’m in my final semester study..
I’m applying for MMU Degree June Intake with my last five semester results, can I apply for YTM scholarship with it too? I mean, the CPGA at sem5.. Bcause I can only get my final result in May..

hey admin,actually i had apply this scholarship online…
but after i’d completed the online form,then i submit…but there was an error…it said: ‘the data that u had enterer had a conflict with the data that exist’….and i keep on sent but still error…
and i asked my friend in penang to help me apply this scholarship…
and its worked!
BUT the problem is,he(my friend) did not save the online form which had to send together with spm result n the rest to Sekretariat Pemilihan Biasiswa, Yayasan Telekom Malaysia, Aras 9 Utara, Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 KUALA LUMPUR to complete the application….
so what should i do now?? i want to contact the Sekretariat Pemilihan Biasiswa but i cant see if there is their phone number…
PLEASE HELP ME…

py : normally within 3-4 weeks after closing date, sometimes takes more longer time depend on the Company process

ariff : you should send them the final result. give them a call, and ask them

geeva : i have no idea, but in many companies, they do give special attention to staff children

jean : just apply, try your luck

fakhri :i can conclude that you have sent the online application. DO they require you to save what ever date sent ? If i were you, sit back and wait for the call

Just want to share the YTM benefits.
i am one of the YTM scholarship holder, currently studying in MMU Cyberjaya in engineering field. every month i get RM600 (bank in for 4 months) , books around RM600 per year.only on 1st year u get the computer allowance around 1000 sumthing. all the tuition fees paid by TM.

tiera -> if mse kat skewl u dpt biasiswa kecil, u still need to apply for university scholarship. if ur result is great, then the possibility is high.

elric -> yes. its possible. but, if u want to further studies in oversea, u need to attend extra interview by YTM( english ).however, YTM will annouced the successful applicants. from my experience, YTM called me.

after result released, check all main newspaper such as Berita Harian, Utusan Malaysia, The Star for the application. From the application, it will state the requirement and where to get the forms.

i cant remember the qualifications, but 8A’s and above have bigger chances to get the YTM scholar.

I’m a MMU student. I’m in Gamma year (degree year 2). But I never get any scholarship. My cgpa is 3.88. Now I’m interested with the YTM scholarship or loan. Is it possible that I can apply the YTM scholarship now?
Hearsay, YTM loan students get first class graduate, they don’t need to return the loan, is it true?
