most of the sponsor offers scholarship to university students only (first degree), but there are some offers to A-Level and matriculation such as PNB scholarship and golden hope

i hv read the requirement of this scholarship. 11 years of FORMAL education is required in order to apply for this scholarship, right??
but as for me, I hv only 10 years of education from elementary(5years) and secondary(5 years)school, because i was 1 of the PTS students back in 2000(the last batch)…
can i still apply for this scholarship ??

I think the question is asking you whether you are proficient in Japanese or not. If you are, you have to tick YES and sit for the Japanese Language test and don’t have to take the 1-year Japanese language intensive class. Otherwise, just tick NO. Well, that’s what I understand about the question.

The exams were like sh*t! I thought Math A was the same as Math A that is used and learned in New York’s high schools. They should have told that Math A is actually Add Math. Damn!

I am Anup Kumar, have applied for Senior Monbukagakusho scholarship 2009 under the category of Japanese Language Literature and Cultural Studies.
Now , in the merit list issued by the Japanese Government I am under reserved category .
My topic of research is “The Comparative Study of Noh , Kabuki and Indian Traditional Dance Kathakali and Kutiyattam” . Even in my Master programme I am pursuing my research on this topic and I believe a new trend can be developed through this research in term of cross-cultural development , in term of promotion of Japanese language through these art because I think art is the only form in this world which is respected and appreciated by everyone whether it is national or international form of art.
So I request you to please avail me this precious and unique opportunity of MEXT 2009 which can support me to continue my research and enable me to experience the great form of art like Noh and Kabuki closely. I am Buba Apagu Ankidawa,Department of Agric. & Environmental Engineering, Federal University of technolgy, P.M.B. 2076, Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria. I was nomenated by my Vice Chancellor of Frderal University Technology Yola, Adamawa State Nigeria, for the MEXT Scholarship. I applied for it but my transcript was delied from the school I graduated. I call Embassy of Japan, Nigeria. I was told that my transcript was delied, i can only apply next year. My worry now is how i can get the form next year, so that i can apply for the scholarship. Dear sir I’m 27 year old Sri Lankan Buddhist(Theravada) monk. I have Linguistic spaecial deggre.I have learnt Sanskrit, Pali like these Language.
