   Dear Sir / Madam,

   I am Anees Aisyah Bt Mohamad Rashid. I am a Malaysian. I have just graduated from UiTM doing Diploma in Accountancy with a cgpa of 3.79. I have managed to enter University of Adelaide, Australia for February 2007 intake doing Bachelor in Accountancy with some paper exemptions. Currently, I am privately funded. However, I will not manage to stay on if I couldn’t get myself a scholarship/ a student loan. Therefore, I am desperate for scholarships. I would appreciate it if you could let me know the requirements to apply for mara scholarships. Please let me know how to apply. I am running out of time and I really need to apply for mara scholarships. Please.

I hope I get the result with flying colours, so that I can apply for the scholarship that offered by MARA.      Recently i applied for the petronas schoolarships using my trial exam result but my application not success.Can i re-apply using my SPM result on somewhere in march 2008.Will petronas open again for application after the SPM result announced.I hope with my SPM result will stand a chance to get the schoolarship coz my family not afford to send me for further study.I don’t why application been turn down as my trail exam got 6A 1B 2C 1D.And more over i the best student since form 3.I feel a bit sad when i came to know my school mate with 4a get the schoolarship.Still put highly hope to get the schoolarship with SPM result.

     Firstly, you need to apply for a password from 9 Mac 2008. From this application, you need to choose only one either JPA or MARA scholarship that you wanted them to sponsor your study. Wish you best of luck guys.

     jpa amik dak asasi ngan mtrik kpm: jpa menaja ke indonesia sahaja, jpa akan selected students after result sem 2 announced. jpa nak student 3.6-4.00. result spm pun at least 8a, biasanya jpa mementingkan bi, bio… korg dok rumah je tyme pas mtrik… kalau result korg ok, tunggu jpa tepon.. jpa akan selected student, bukan kena isi borg.. bg intake mtrik 06/07, ada 39 org students.. kalau jpa selected, confirm dapat.. interview jpa adalah kumpul ramai2 sumer students selected ni, then, dia ckp2 je.. baca u mana korg dapat kat indonesia.

     biasanya result spm jugak menenetukan korg akan dapat interview mara/jpa.. sebabnya ramai dak asasi/mtrik ni dapat dalam range tu.. ni hanya untuk course medical, pharmacy and dentistry

     kpm punya style

     biasiswa ni hanya untuk jadi lecturer kat matrik… biasanya kurg 10 dari sumer matrk kat msia ni.. result english tyme spm a1, kena dapat 4 flat tyme mtrik.. chance kurg..

     untuk engineering – utp under petronas

     iklan permohonan biasanya kuar bulan 3 setiap tahun.. dalam sem 2 kat matrix.. hanya untuk sains fizikal kat mtrik.. berdasarkan pengalaman kawan2 aku kat utp, petronas after mtrix senang dapat sebab jarang org apply..

     engineering untuk fly ke oversea after mtrik tak ada… diulangi tak ada…

     for spm leavers, sapa yg dapat b3 dalam physic, jangan pilih mara la, coz confirm tak dpat interview… kalau b3 bio jgn pilih medic and other course related, jpa dan mara tak amik sapa b3 in biology untuk medical related course.. sapa yg rasa nak scholar jpa, tp ada b3 pilihlah diploma korea and jepun.. insyaAllah dapat… kalau korg nak senang dapat pilih la mara… huge sponsor..

     tp jangan terikat ngan jpa/mara je la… banyak lagi scholars lain… takyah nak pening kepala… isi banyak2… TQ

     Hello all,
     I am one of the recipient under MARA “Skim Pelajar Cemerlang” scholarship award. I am currently doing my 1st degree here in UK. FYI, prior to the SPM results,usually MARA/JPA will advertise about their scholarship and will inform all the necessary requirements/criteria. You can get hold of the application form from the local bank(can’t remember which one). Then they will call the selected students for an interview,and if successful the results will be published online. Students will then have to do their preparation prog.(A-level, IB) at either KMB, KMS, INTEC or some other places. Then,should u pass the requirements set,you will be flown to specific countries(which is usually set well before the prep. prog). I know this isn’t much help,but I hope it’ll shed some limelight on the matter. For more help do e-mail me as I have a lot of other MARA scholar pals from all over the world,my email is [email protected].

     mase 1st day kt JMC…
     all my classmates is better achievers in SPM….
     we they got to noe about result…
     they look at me wif sympathy….
     “it’s ok wif ur result, kalo x dpat jadi doctor, jadi nurse degree pon dh ok….” kate salah seorg of my classmates..
     then i strived my best for the first semester….
     praise be to Allah… i got an outstanding result for my 1st semester(CGPA’s above than 3.67 la…hehehee)

     tp kalo nk amik medik kt univ kt m’sia kene dpatkn CGPA 4.0…
     my harapan hancur.. again….

     LOL…you cant apply for MARA scholarship if you get average result/cgpa. Even to get MARA loan is quite harder at the moment. MARA just offer scholarships to the best students for critical courses.

     I heard MARA had freezed the scholarships for this year. They only offer for SPM leavers.
