Requirements:
- Single, Male or female, with not more than 21 years of age on 31 March 2008
- SPM/SPMV with strong credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics and Physics or General Science
- Mentally, physically and medically fit
- Minimum height of 158 cm and weight of 48 kg
- Not colour blind
- Good eyesight without visual aid for Navigating Officer Cadet
- Visual aid with limitation of 200 for Marine Engineering Officer Cadet
- Demonstrate postive mindset and attitute
Training programme:
Successful applicants will be fully sponsored to pursue one of the above programmes at ACADEMI LAUT MALAYSIA (ALAM).

myra,when your interview start?..I have already finish it..yesterday.What the criteria that misc wants to take someone to join their coporation..but I couldn’t forget..yesterday.the interviewer wants me to scout(kawad kaki).Sorry r..if my english is broken..hehehe

kulop : kawat kaki? they didnt ask me to do that! did u apply under MISC or ALAM? mine was on 24/5 at dayabumi building. if under MISC, they will send a telegram telling us that we have received the scholarship. but i dunno when

interview starting,some speech was given.He also told me that the girl candidates have big confident talk to the interviewer.Maybe it difficult to choose la..I had asked a woman there about the telegram.She told me, you need to wait before 10 of Jun…maybe you can know
the resuit before 15 of Jun.Mayra how about the test?For me it quite difficult.One more thing,what the course u choose.maybe same with me..I choose marine engineering.Lastly, can I know when I can chat with u in this space?Ok I am waiting your answer..

usually new intake commence on early july..but from the newest brochure,dns 011 education week will only start in the month of sept..i think for now,misc is quite busy with the shipboard training of batch 010..u can always call misc or alam to get info!

engineering has alot more break than the nautical though..my sem1 break was oni 1 week..5 days at home 4 days in alam..need to attend colours sumore!!eeee
