The JPA website is rather confusing. I went here http://www.jpa.gov.my/english/bijazahptama.asp but could not find the form. Is it opened yet? When is the due date? The Malay and English version of the website display different information. Is it the same with this one http://www.jpa.gov.my/lskhidmat.asp. Please reply. I’m currenty in a first year of degree

I am 2007 Spm Candidate. Currently, I am waiting for my result which will be coming out, perhaps, in March.
Regarding to the above statement, i conclude that Jpa would not sponsor Foundation Programme students.
However, I am going to a few interviews for United Kingdom Foundation Programme in Interior Architecture course.
Here, I would like to state my curiousity if I should start applying for the Jpa scholarship for my future Degree Programme in Interior Architecture. Other than that, would it be possible to continue my studies based on my choices of universities?
Please let me know about further requirements regarding to this Jpa application.

FAQ are like debate topics..U have to be sharp,posess a penetrative brain and focus in order to achieve a good result in your interview.eg of FAQ r like “ARE women better than men?” or “the cause of the peaking unemployment rate in malaysia”.

dear admin..i’m now ondoing my study at foundation level under engineering stream in utp . n fyi i am under petronas scholarship..kinda keen to be under jpa scholars since after about three months struggling here,i juz couldnt get into engineering..i juz wanted to be a doctor perhaps….but since im alredy under petronas..am i qualified to apply for jpa..pls plspls..my spm result annoounce today is quite good..eleven A’s

I’ve receive my 2007 SPM result with strong credit in physic and additional mathematic. I’m intrested with ALAM’s diploma in marine engineering. by the way, from one of d forum regarding this scholarship, i knew dat many of them havent been informed n attended the interview…

you should check whether you’re selected for the JPA interview or not start from 28 March 2008 on the esila website http://esila.jpa.gov.my/portaljpa.php by clicking the semakan panggilan temuduga bagi program ijazah luar negara then enter your IC number to check.

according to wat u are facing now,
actually there will b no call or letter posted to ur house,
u have to check the jpa website for whether u have been short-listed to attend the interview…
as i know, evione who had applied the scholarships wil b called to the interview if their spm results hit the minimum requirement..

juz now i’ve got two offers which is uiam-engineering foundation programme n another one is matriculation perak(kpm)..
i juz wanna know if i’m going to the foundation..
after finishing it can i apply for jpa’s overseas scholarship??

because i really want to further my study abroad which is in japan..
i’ve apply before for jpa’s scholar using spm result..
n i had the interview..but unlucky to get the scholar..
so..if i’m finishing the foundation with good result can i apply for jpa oversea’s scholarship??

hye tieya,i think if u take uiam engineering foundation,u will never have a chance to go to overc as they will terus serap u dlm uiam engineering utk buat bachelor’s degree..compared to matrik perak ,there is still a chance for u to apply to go to overc(only if u get 4 flat)..but i dont think it is under jpa..if u dont pass the interview after the spm results,its ok..thats mean u still have a chance to get jpa scholarship(wit condition u have to study in ipta) …kalau u betul2 nak study overc,the greatest chances adalah mase buat master..thats life babe
