SJI International (Singapore) Scholarship

The scholarships are for outstanding students from the region and Singapore.

Although SJI International is a Catholic school, non-Catholics make up at least half of the enrolment.

Regardless of race and religion, the scholarships will be awarded on the basis of merit in academic and extra-curricular activities as well as potential leadership qualities. A good command of English is a prerequisite.

Applicants should have completed the equivalent of Grade 10 (Form Five in Malaysia) and be ready to move into a two-year pre-university course.

The scholarships are worth S$75,000 (RM171,750) and will cover at least 75% of all costs, inclusive of tuition, travel, pocket money and living expenses for the two years of the course.

Application forms can be downloaded from the school’s website at http://www.sji-international.com.sg.

The deadline for applications is May 18, 2007. Forms should be sent to Vivien Chua, SJI International, 490 Thomson Road, Singapore 298191.
