MIED Loan
Maju Institute of Education Development (MIED) is the education arm of the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC). The role of the Institute was to provide the necessary means to the deserving and needy Indian students, to get education.
Terms And Conditions For MIED Loan Application.
- MIED Education Loan is being offered to All Malaysian currently or wish to study in any Higher Education Institution locally or abroad.
- As for the local higher education institution, all the pursuing courses must be approved by National Accreditation Board. (LAN) of Malaysia where as for the overseas higher education institution, all courses must be recognised by the Public Service Department (JPA) of Malaysia.
- MIED will only evaluate the loan application for 20% to 50% of the total course fee.
- MIED will impose an interest of 6% per year followed by the terms and conditions stated in the agreement.
All applicants must forward a copy of Offer Letter from the Higher Education Institution stated the course name and the fee structures. - MIED Education loan will not be offered to any person who already having education loan with other organisations.
- All Loan Applications and Loan amount offered will be decided by the MIED Board of Directors.
- Approved Loan Payments will be done through the Treasury Office of the higher education institution.
- Successful loan application must sign an agreement with MIED for the terms of repayment of the loan. Loan repayments will start after 6 months of the completion of the course.
- Please forward a copy of Academic Certificate, Identity Card, Offer Letter from the Institution, Statement of Income and Two guarantors’ details.

hello!i would like to know where can i get the mied loan application form and when is the dateline for the submission of the form?i would like to inform you that i am studying in sunway college in selangor and 1/4 of my tuition fees is paid by NLFCS as where i took loan from the organisation.what i want to know is can i apply for the mied loan?i need your feedback as soon as possible.

hi…I’m Umesh.I’m doing degree course in a government university.Currently i’m offered PTPTN education loan.I will be extending a semester soon.But i wont be under PTPTN loan during my extended semester. So i would like to know that am i eligible to apply MIED loan for the semester that i will extend?

hi…i’m raja.I’m doing degree course at local private university. Currently i’m under PTPTN education loan but i don’t get full loan. They only offered partial or 3/4 of the full loan. So i would like to know that am i eligible to apply MIED loan. If can mean, where i can get the form and when the dateline for submission. I need your feedback as soon as possible. Thank you.

i am doing my first year degree in information technology and i would like to know whether am i eligible to apply for this loan..currently i am under ptptn but they only offer me 3/4 of the loan..if i am eligible,can you’ll pls brief me about the procedures of the application.. do reply me as soon as possible. thank you.

hie…i jz got an unconditional offer from university of nottingham,malaysia campus..i would like to apply for mied loan…where shall i get the application form and i also would be delighted if u could brief more about mied loan….plz reply me as soon as possible coz i have to join the university by mid of this month…thank you.
