1. To obtain an application form, please submit a stamped (40 sen) self-addressed envelope (25cm x 30cm) and indicate the course applied for in the top left-hand corner of the envelope or DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION FORM HERE.

2. Completed application forms with the required supporting documents listed in the application forms must be received by 15th July 2008. Late applications will not be accepted. Only short-listed candidates will be notified.

3. The Star Education Fund Committee will conduct interviews and candidates will be selected in open competition on the basis of a combination of factors, which include academic performance, family background, active involvement in extra curricular activities and personal qualities.

KUOK FOUNDATION BERHAD   invites applications from July intake students at Malaysian Public Polytechnics for the above awards.

Study grants of RM5,000 per annum each will be offered to successful candidates.

Conditions For Application

•  Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens.
