Specialization : General Management, Strategic Management, Finance or Islamic Banking and Finance

Admission requirement for MBA :

1. A good Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification
2. A minimum of 2 years working experience in a management or executive position. Where necessary, potential candidates may be interviewed
3. Proficiency in English language (where necessary candidates may be required to sit for an English language proficiency test)
4. A minimum score of 550 (PBT-TOEFL), 213 (CBT-TOEFL), 6.0 (IELTS) or 6.0 (EPT) is required for international students

Application deadline for November 2008 intake

1. Malaysian student : September 30, 2008
2. International student : September 5, 2008

Name of scholarship : Rector’s Fellowship

Details of scholarship :

1. Open to full-time students (Malaysian and International)
2. For international applications, the applicant must be a Muslim
3. Full-waiver of tuition fees
4. Monthly stipend of RM1000.00
5. Book allowance of RM250.00 per semester
6. Return airfare for international students for one trip only
7. On-campus accommodation (for unmarried students only)

Eligibility for scholarship :

1. Outstanding academic track record with minimum CGPA of 3.50 or its equivalent at undergraduate level
2. Proficiency in English language and mathematics
3. Leadership potential and impressive co-curriculum record
4. The applicant has not received any financial assistance from any other sponsoring bodies
5. Preference will be given to those with work experience
