i think is for those who just finished degree first year first semester (in specific field) can apply this scholarship and for those who has success to get this scholarship will only know the results after the completion of degree first year second semester with the condition of getting CGPA 3.50 and above for the degree first year..
Kinda hard..

I don’t think so. It says the scholarship is for those who are doing their degree in Universities. Its not for Pre U.
