Intel Scholarship for Malaysian
Introduction

The Intel Penang Design Center (PDC), established in 1992, is one of the largest and most advanced Intel Design and Development centers in the Asia Pacific region. Intel PDC designs Intel® Core™2 processors, Intel® Atom™ processors, and Advanced IA Platform Chipsets.
Our Design Engineers architect and create innovative IP and features for the next platform system-on-a-chip solutions on 45nm (nanometer) and 32nm process technology. Intel PDC grants R&D scholarships every year to outstanding students from local universities throughout the country.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Intel Penang Design Center Scholarship, an applicant must:
- Be a Malaysian citizen
- Be a full-time student in a local university studying in the fields of Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering
- Not hold any other scholarship from other companies, organizations, or Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA)**
Have one or more of the following:
- SPM with A1 for mathematics and all science subjects
- STPM with grade A for a minimum of three subjects
- Matriculation with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above
- For university undergraduates, a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 is required
**Note: Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional Malaysia (PTPTN) loan holders are allowed to apply.
Scholarship Package
Each scholarship package includes:
- Tuition fee of RM10,000 per year for undergraduate students
- Tuition fee of RM13,000 per year for postgraduate students
- Partnership with a Senior Design Engineer to mentor and guide your studies and career planning
- Industrial training opportunities at Intel
Deadline
Each year, scholarship applications are accepted between July 1 and August 31. Bumiputeras are encouraged to apply. If you are interested in applying:
- Access and complete the Scholarship Application form.
- Email your completed application form and a copy of your resume to Intel Scholarship.

Hye..How can I submit the completed form because I cant send it through Intel Scholarship that you bold the letter above..
Problem with microsoft outlook.
can u give me an email instead so I can submit safely.

You can just cancel using microsoft outlook. I’ve also tried using that but it won’t send the letter right? Ok, here’s this. Try using your personal e-mail etc: yahoo, live, or hotmail and send your resume to this e-mail:
grp_Intel_Scholarship@intel.com .
This is the e-mail to intel scholarship. May u’ll success in applying the scholarship. And pray for me too…

I am interested in this scholarship but I have some questions. Does anybody mind to give me an example of the resume mentioned above? How should it look like and what information should it contains?

The above says PTPTN loan holders are allowed to apply, does it mean if I get this scholarship my PTPTN loan won’t get cancelled since I already accepted my PTPTN loan offer.

I would like to know whether university or college in private sector can apply for Intel scholar…thx u…just for info—iam a diploma holder from Malaysian govt polytechnic major in programming with 3.5 above cgpa…now iam study at private college known as segi college at penang.
