hello
i am a muslim from xinjiang china .now i am in malaysiya .i will go to turky yo study .but i spent some time in malaysiya because i have not resived my visa yet. during my time in malaysiya i lost my money,now i have not enough mony to go to turky to study ,and my parents was died in china in1987 ,because of ill. my grandpa are helping me now . but they are farmers. i have my pasport and little money with me ,it’s not enough for me to goto turky for study .i have my scorebook and Diploma with me ,are want some money ,can i grant a loan from IDB ,after i have money i’ll return it back to the bank. can you help me please. essalamu elaykum wait for your answer
