In continuation of his legacy, applications are invited from needy Malaysians of all races who share the aspirations to better themselves through education for the benefit of society for the above award.
Please send a written application with your STPM results, local public university acceptance letter (can be followed later), financial background and a recent passport-sized photograph to :
