Yayasan Bursa Malaysia Scholarship 2011
Introduction
Yayasan Bursa Malaysia offers a four-year scholarship programme designed to target best-in-class achievers who have obtained excellent results in major government examinations e.g. Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) or Matriculation, for sponsorship in local public or private universities. Since 2006, the scholarship has been awarded to five selected students each year, of which four have since graduated and placed within Bursa Malaysia’s workforce.
The scholarship programme is now open for application for students who have secured a place at any local public or private university for a full-time undergraduate degree course for the 2011 intake.
Fields of Study
Students with the following disciplines are encouraged to apply:
- Information Technology (IT)
- Islamic Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
- Actuarial Science/Mathematics

i’m stpm 2009 leaver…can i apply this scholarship?? but i’m still waiting for the university offer…it will be released end of june…but it is stated there it open for application for students who have secured a place at any local public or private university…

i just graduate from Diploma in IT course.my cgpa is 3.91..can i apply for this scholarship? or it is just for SPM, STPM and Matriculation?

it stated above that “full-time undergraduate degree course for the 2010 intake.” So, diploma holder is applicable for this scholarship since it is equivalent to STPM and Matriculation.

According to the application form stated, it seem that it required the offer letter from the University in order to apply for the scholarship. If you really want to apply for this scholarship, then you just hope that the university you applied for will send you the offer letter as soon as possible.
