Program Ijazah Luar Negara (PILN) 2011
Introduction
Program Ijazah Luar Negara (PILN) is a scholarshi programme to outstanding students to pursue bachelor degree programme at universities overseas.
Eligibility
- Open to all SPM 2010 candidates with excellent result;
- Age below 18 (19 year for peralihan student) on 31 December 2010;
- Pass the interview process
- Successful candidates are required to attend preparation course which will be arranged at later date by JPA.
Selection Criteria
- Academic Achievement;
- Co-curriculum activities;
- Interview performance
- Family background.
Details Info
Full details on the scholarships can be obtained from the department’s portal at www.jpa.gov.my or by calling (03) 8885-3412 from March 10 or by coming personally to counters at its human development division at the lobby, Blok C1, Putrajaya from 8am to 4pm.
Advertisements on the scholarship offer will also be placed in all major mainstream newspapers. Applications can be made online from the date the results of the 2010 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination results are officially announced.

The closing date of application is 30 March 2011

do you have any tips for the jpa interview????I am selected for the interview and I’m quite confused on wat to prepare and wat will they ask??

Je : go to our scholarship tips category and read on how to prepare for interview.
For general question, read newspaper, watch news on TV , make sure you know whats goin on any issue like earth hour, iraq, Thailand politics, malaysia minister name etc

I am currently in New Zealand,and I would like to pursued my study at University of Canterbury doing degree in early childhood education,and I didn’t sit for my spm,so I wonder if I’m still qualified for pinjaman biasiswa?I’ve gained NCEA level 5 certificate in early childhood education..

i need the admin reply as soon as possible. may i know when will the results of this scholarship coming out? when can we know wheter we got the scholarship or not. i knew that we have to check our status online but exactly when will the results be out?

Depends on your course.
For JPA Japan/France Engineering, the results are out. But you have to wait for the call.
For others, it’ll be the 3rd week of May. Or 12. I don’t know which is correct..
You can check it at the JPA wbsite.
Or if you applied MARA, check their wbsite at 17 May.
I thought everyone should’ve known this by now..
